I ordered three plants, they arrived promptly, well packaged and in excellent condition - very health plants. Will recommend this company to my friends and family.
A good selection of plants and just what I was looking for. They were despatched quickly but due to a problem with the courier I had to wait longer than expected for them. That was disappointing. Overall customer service was good. More care needs to be taken by the courier service as when the plants did arrive the box was on its side at the back of the van.
I ordered this plant well in advance of an Anniversary and requested it be delivered as close as possible to the day. This happened and the recipients appear to be very happy with the plant.

Four really well packed large plants arrived in one box with only one leaf lost! The order was a bit delayed but only because they were awaiting better quality stock. Good prices too considering other online plant companies.

I purchased a Lucky Bamboo plant and when it arrived the plant was in absolutely great condition. Even better than I had originally anticipated. However, the pot the plant came in was broken despite the protective package. It's most probable that the pot was broken whilst in transit.Upon contacting Customer Services, the representative was friendly, efficient and prompt in resolving the issue.Therefore, I will definitely be making further purchases and would highly recommend Oxy - Plants.

Really wanted to write a review as I ordered before I checked the reviews so was very nervous about the 2.9 trustpilot rating! Two beautiful plants arrived on the day I was told they would arrive and they look healthy so I’m hopeful they will last but the experience was good for me so wanted to provide a positive review. How To Care For Oxalis Triangularis
Water weekly during the summer months or when the top layer of soil begins to feel dry. Reduce this further during winter.
Keep out of direct sunlight and in a cool room if kept indoors. Outdoors, you want to keep Oxalis Triangularis in a shady spot and move it indoors during winter to avoid frost damage.
Treat to a misting indoors to help it’s tender leaves with a water mister.
Oxalis Triangularis likes a soil which can retain moisture but allow excess to drain away, like a loam and sand based mix.
