Delivery & Returns
We deliver indoor plants across the UK direct to your door. We have a couple of options as to how the plants can be delivered, which are indicated in the list below:
Any orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched the following day.
Prices are calculated whilst you are in your basket, or during checkout. The calculation is based on the size and weight of the items which are being shipped. Any items which are classed as XL can only be shipped on a standard service unfortunately.
Concierge and Safe Space Policy
If you live in serviced accomodation, please check with your concierge that they are able to accept perishable items before recommending this as your safe space.
We cannot take responsibility for lost orders once delivered to your safe place. It is driver procedure to take photographic evidence or a signature for any orders left as requested by the customer.
Delivering to Commercial Property or Residences of Restricted Parking
If you have requested Oxy-Plants to send your order to a commercial address, it is your responsibility to ensure someone is on-site to receive the delivery. If someone will not be there, head to Yodel Tracking and use your tracking number to either delay the delivery or use one of their other options to divert your parcel.
Returns & Refunds
Please email your name, order number and attach photos with the issues of your purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org
If a dispute is raised for items purchased at full price within 30 days of receiving your order we will consider your claim.
All returns will be made at the buyer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or damaged and wasn’t stipulated as being so before the transaction. You can send your products back to us in the original packaging, with support rods in situ. Or, we can arrange collection of your items, but this will be chargeable to you before the collection has been arranged and costs start from £10+.
If you have discarded the original box, your items were delivered in and are unable to send them back to us in suitable packaging we will be unable to fulfil your return.
For any Lechuza, Capi, Living Walls, or Living Picture Frame products ordered on a dropship basis, we can only accept returns and refunds on items that are damaged or the wrong item was delivered. They won’t accept returns for a change of mind once delivered.
