Returns & Refunds

If a dispute is raised for items purchased at full price within 14 days of receiving your order we will consider your claim.

Please use the form below to make a return request and stipulate if you would like to claim for a replacement or refund. Alternatively you can email your name, order number and attached photos with the issues of your purchase to

All returns will be made at the buyer’s expense. You can send your products back to us in the original packaging, with support rods in situ. Or, we can arrange collection of your items, but this will be chargeable to you before the collection has been arranged and costs start from £10+.

For any Lechuza products, we can only accept returns and refunds on items that are damaged or the wrong item was delivered. Lechuza won’t accept returns for a change of mind once delivered.
