Delivery

We deliver indoor house plants across the UK direct to your door. We have several options as to how the plants can be delivered, which are indicated in the list below:

Any orders placed after 14:00 on Next Day Delivery will be dispatched the following day to be delivered Next Day.

We will not refund the cost of delivery if your order does not make it Next Day. If the order is raised on Next Day delivery, we will ship it on a Next Day service. Parcels can often get delayed during transit which is completely out of our control.

Prices are calculated whilst you are in your basket, or during checkout. The calculation is based on the size and weight of the items which are being shipped. Any items which are classed as XL can only be shipped on a standard service unfortunately.

Returns & Refunds

If a dispute is raised for items purchased at full price within 14 days of receiving your order we will consider your claim.

Please use the form below to make a return request and stipulate if you would like to claim for a replacement or refund. Alternatively you can email your name, order number and attached photos with the issues of your purchase to hello@oxy-plants.com

All returns will be made at the buyer’s expense. You can send your products back to us in the original packaging, with support rods in situ. Or, we can arrange collection of your items, but this will be chargeable to you before the collection has been arranged and costs start from £10+.

For any Lechuza products, we can only accept returns and refunds on items that are damaged or the wrong item was delivered. Lechuza won’t accept returns for a change of mind once delivered.

Claim for a return / refund
